HEAD SMASH takes place in the pre-apocalyptic city of Ares, where a corrupt government is anything but useful and rival gangs battle for control of the streets with violence, drug-dealing and intimidation. One gang, The Horde, has risen above the rest and is poised to take complete control of the city; that is, if everything goes according to plan.
